Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Parfum Club, we aim to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience. Below is our clear and simple policy for returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations.

 

1. How to Return a Product

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Reach us via email only at sales@theparfumclub.co.uk to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: The item should be in its original packaging and unused, except for a few reasonable sprays for trial purposes.
  • Return Shipping: If you’re returning the item due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. We recommend using Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

2. Returning Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us via email before returning it.

  • Documentation: Please email us with photos of the item and your order number to help us quickly assess the issue.
  • Return Shipping: For items that are found to be faulty, incorrect, or not as described after inspection, we’ll refund the cost of return shipping. Please use Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded and keep your proof of postage.

We’re committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

 

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us via email to arrange this. Note that:

  • Return Shipping: You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost for exchanges.
  • One Exchange Limit: We allow one exchange per order.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Please review Section 6 on non-refundable items before requesting an exchange, as some items may not be eligible.

 

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund and credit it back to your original payment method within 14 days. If you used a discount voucher, we will refund only the amount you paid, excluding the voucher value.

If you haven’t received your refund within this period, please allow a few additional days for processing by your bank or card provider.

 

5. Order Cancellation by The Parfum Club

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Insufficient Stock: If we do not have enough stock to fulfill your order.
  • Delivery Unavailability: If we cannot deliver to your area.
  • Pricing Error: If an item was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

In such cases, we will notify you via email and refund any payments made within 30 days.

 

6. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that some items are non-refundable:

  • Clearance Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance or promotional events are final sale.
  • Customisable Discovery Sets: Discovery Sets are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Bundle Sets: If returning items from a bundle, the full set must be returned for a refund; otherwise, we can only offer an exchange.
  • Free Items: Promotional free items cannot be returned. If a return lowers the order value below the eligibility for a free item, the retail value of the item will be deducted from the refund unless it is also returned.

 

Additional Information

  • Unclaimed Parcels or Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, you may request redelivery with an additional postage charge, or a refund minus a £3.99 fee for packaging and postage.
  • Discount Codes: Codes cannot be combined with other discounts or used on pre-discounted bundles unless otherwise stated.
  • Goods for Personal Use Only: All products are intended for personal use only and are not for resale.
