2. Processing Time: Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch it within 2 working days. Please note that this processing time may vary during busy periods or holidays, but we always strive to send your order as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery Charges: For orders under £45, there is a delivery charge of £5.99. This fee helps cover the cost of shipping and ensures your order is delivered safely to your doorstep.

4. Free UK Delivery: We offer free UK delivery for orders of £45 and over. Enjoy the convenience of having your favourite fragrances delivered to you without any additional shipping charges.

5. Delivery Timeframes: With our APC Overnight Next Day delivery service, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. Alternatively, if you chose Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for, you can expect your order within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your parcel and get real-time updates on its location.

7. Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete delivery address during the checkout process. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

8. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK. We do not ship internationally at this time.
